Metanoia Association is a growing network of boutique campuses across South Africa — some full schools, and some dedicated learning support centres. Each one is independently owned and operated , but connected by the same philosophy: small, personal environments where children are understood, supported and celebrated.
No two campuses look exactly the same — each is shaped around its community — but they all share one purpose : where your child’s way of learning leads the way.

Silver Oak is where a child’s earliest school experience is shaped with care, depth, and understanding.
This is where young children are gently guided into learning — through connection, structure, and an environment that feels safe, predictable, and supportive. Here, the focus is not just on what a child learns, but how they experience learning. Confidence is built in small, meaningful moments. Independence begins to take root. A sense of safety allows curiosity to grow, and a team that notices the small things that make a big difference.

Kloof Cottage

Kloof Cottage is hands-on, practical, and full of movement. It’s a campus where learning isn’t confined to a desk — children are encouraged to engage, explore, and do. The day has a natural flow, with a strong focus on building independence, problem-solving, and real-world skills alongside core academics. The team brings energy and intention, meeting children with clear guidance and helping them turn effort into progress. It’s a space where learning feels active, purposeful, and connected to life beyond the classroom.

Elim is a campus with heart — rooted in community and built on strong, consistent relationships. There’s a sense of belonging here that runs deep; children are not just supported, they are genuinely known and held by a team that shows up for them every day. The approach is practical, hands-on, and responsive, with a focus on helping each child engage, participate, and feel part of something. It’s a place where progress is steady, confidence builds quietly, and children begin to take ownership of their learning in their own way.

Formosa is where a therapeutic approach and academic support meet — purposely and seamlessly. It’s a focused support space where learning is scaffolded, barriers are understood, and each child is guided to reach their highest potential. Support is not separate from learning here; it’s built into every interaction.
Working alongside families and the school community, Formosa offers targeted, individualised learning that address both the how and the why behind a child’s challenges — helping them reconnect with learning in a way that feels steady, supported, and possible.
Formosa is an independently owned learning support centre with a unique affiliation to the Metanoia Association, rather than a Metanoia Member School.
