The Metanoia Association is a network of independently owned special needs schools united by a shared belief: every child deserves an education designed around who they are, not around a system they struggle to fit into.
Rather than working in isolation, our campuses choose to collaborate, share expertise, and uphold a common philosophy of specialised education. Together, we are building a community of schools committed to raising the standard of support available to neurodiverse learners and learners with additional educational needs.
Our Purpose
The purpose of the Association is to support and strengthen independent schools through collaboration, professional development, shared educational frameworks, and the exchange of knowledge and experience. By working together, Member Schools gain access to proven educational frameworks, professional development, operational guidance and the strength of the Metanoia brand.
What we provide
The Metanoia Association provides a collaborative platform through which Member Schools may access shared educational resources, professional development opportunities and advisory services.
Depending on the Member School's selected membership and service model, the Association may make available:

Certain programme support services, consulting, curriculum implementation support, moderation, policy development and specialised educational services are provided separately in accordance with the applicable Membership Agreement, Service Level Agreement or other written agreement between the parties.
Our Member Schools
Each Member School chooses to become part of the Association because it believes in collaboration, continuous learning and raising the standard of specialised education through shared knowledge and professional support.
While every Member School retains its own leadership and identity, all members commit to a shared educational philosophy and a culture of collaboration.
Through the exchange of knowledge, professional development, shared educational frameworks and ongoing dialogue, Member Schools work together to strengthen specialised education, support one another and pursue continuous improvement for the benefit of the learners and families they serve.
Independent Ownership
Membership of the Metanoia Association does not change the ownership or legal status of a Member entity.
Each Member school remains a separate legal entity and is solely responsible for its own governance, learner admissions, staffing, finances, educational delivery, statutory compliance and day-to-day operations.
